Project history

The inspiration for my project came at the end of March 2023.

On that day, once again, the person supposed to watch over my daughter Sofia so that I could go to the aesthetician let me down at the last minute. Forced to cancel my appointment due to lack of childcare, I was overwhelmed by a whirlwind of emotions: frustration, anger, and sadness. Each time this happened, I had to juggle, find solutions, call for help, but the responses were often disappointing, with excuses or last-minute cancellations.

Even before seeking help, a weight of guilt and shame already burdened my shoulders. It seemed that taking time for myself was an unattainable luxury, a priority I was not allowed to claim. Asking someone to watch my child so I could focus on myself only heightened these feelings of guilt and fear of judgment from others. The necessity to break this vicious cycle became clear.

It was then that an idea began to grow within me: "Why not create a project myself that would meet this need?" No longer needing to depend on others or beg for favors, I could simply bring my child or children with me and enjoy the pleasure of self-care.

Thus was born the concept of a center combining wellness, beauty, and daycare, where everyone can fully enjoy their time.
